ISIS Accredited
If a retailer is ISIS (Internet Shopping is Safe) accredited, they will have been independently reviewed and monitored by IMRG, a government-backed association for global e-retailing.
All retailers that take part in the ISIS scheme have agreed to work to a code of practice that encompasses content, payment processes, delivery, and post-sales service.
ISIS is a widely trusted scheme but accreditation isn’t mandatory and there are plenty of decent retailers who aren’t members.
Retailers that are part of this scheme will have the ISIS logo displayed next to all their listings.
IDIS Accredited
The IDIS (Internet Delivery is Safe) programme is part of ISIS and ensures best practice when it comes to delivery of your products.
It ensures a convenient and reliable delivery service and helpful support for any problems that may arise. Find out more here.
