Maximum Toast Slices
The first thing to think about is how many slices of toast you are likely to need in one go. The most popular ones are 2, 3 & 4.
Variable Width & Deep Slots
Nowadays we don't only toast sliced bread. Crumpets, pikelets, bagels etc are all delicious toasted so you may want to choose a toaster which has variable width and/or deep slots to accomodate these larger sizes.
