SummaryI signed up to this service a few months ago and it was fine for a few days and them it went off ! I rang customer service and was told it would be fixed in the next few days, it wasn`t ! I rang them again and got passed from person to person and also had to endure long waits on the phone and found that they were blaming BT and BT were blaming them. Eventually I got so annoyed I threatened to sue and they cancelled the contract and did not charge me anything for it. It did however leave me without acces to the internet for 11 days and when I finally got back on via my old provider all my emails had been wiped out!

I couldn`t recommend this service unless I was trying to wind you up!! Very Badley!! GRRRR!

What is negative?After seven calls to their sales support (which I paid for), they seemed totally unable to install my broadband, saying that I had the wrong address every time... I think I know where I live..

They still billed me, however, without delivering any service.

Needless to say I cancelled and the saga is ongoing.

What is positive?Getting setup isn't complicated and a non techie can do everything. I just following the instructions as and when given, I was using it within a couple of weeks of signing up.
I disagree about the setup costs as you can often get connected for FREE and you don't have to buy there cable modem, you can use any modem with suitable speed.
I was able to upgrade from 500 to 1000 in the click of a few buttons and it happened within 3 days. As you now get the 1Meg service for the £9.99 a month I think this is a good service.
What is negative?I agree the customer service could be better but the order tracking and communication about it helps make up for this.

This is a 1 Meg broadband, for £9.99 a month, which is less than most dial-up services charge.

What is positive?Thank God they use BTs network. Otherwise God help the customers.
What is negative?1. The technical support guys are worst than the average citizen. The have mugged up their configuration. If you have any problem out of their syllabus, they are gone.
2. You need to hold for a few hours before someone answers your call. I had to take an off from office to call them. After running a few pounds someone picked the phone and was as helpless as i would be.
3. I moved house and still waiting to see the connection moved but no hope as of now. Its been 2 months and i m paying every month

What is negative?Charged for router 22 July, told that I was operational 1 September, now 23 September and have been charged for a month's service. It has Never worked.

Cannot speak to anyone. Spent hours on hold waiting to get through and then told that it is someone else's fault.
Can only get though on Easynet number
