What is positive?When ordering the telephone phone staff are from UK call centres and are very efficient and friendly . They keep you up to date on whats happening and when you will be conected up. I was actually connected up afew days before i should have been. Very swift and efficient.
What is negative?Not compatible with xbox live even though i was assured it was when i was ordering. Any comunication with tiscali know im connected up is with Indian call centre staff with little knowledge and very poor English. E-mails are not returned. I'm being given contradictory advice.Speed of connection is not what was promised. Iv asked to cancel my contract as i was given false information but have been told to put it in writing. Im told i can't have head office email address or contact nos.
SummaryOnce your contracted to tiscali customer service is extremely poor. connection speed is a joke one big let down. Promise the world delivers nothing. Can't wait to end contract. Avoid tiscali likt the plague.

What is positive?Very little but price
What is negative?The speed is nowhere near that which is advertised during peak periods. I have averaged (over the course of a month) 100kbps for a 1mb package. I used to have 2mb with BT but tiscali tell me my line will not support it. When I pointed out I used to have 2mb they told me that I only thought I had 2mb but I didn't really!
Customer service is a joke - they have noone owning the problem so they keep answering what they think you are asking instead of what you are actually asking. As someone different answers each email they do not read what has been discussed before. They come out with standard answers that do not actually realate to your question. After a month of back and forth emails they are now asking me to phone technical support so they can do the same tests they did a month ago. I am going to cancel the contract straight away and go back to BT. They may be more expensive but they were reliable.
SummaryDo not go with them unless you want to die of boredom. Trying ot get any problems that you may have resolved (or even listened to).
