What is positive?Sorry, but nothing positive about Orange Broadband
Orange have employed very EXELENT DODGE CUSTOMER SERVICES PERSONAL
What is negative?I have Mobile contract for 18 month and for extra £5 8Mb and Livebox. Every 1-1,5 month I have PPP Server down issue. Every time “excellent” Orange Customer Services unable to reconnect me for 2-3 weeks. They waste My time on phone calls.
SummaryMy contract has not finished, and I have another 6 month but I really fed up with services and will leave early.

What is positive?Orange are tops for bad bad customer service! I have never been treated so poorly and ineptly!
What is negative?Well no service for in excess of a month.
The worst customer service I have experienced!
I have now managed to leave - but that was tough given the customer service!
