Quality control ???
Summary
Good old Comet. Machine does the job, but would not buy Indesit again.

- What are the strengths?
- Does the job and is relatively cheap. Looks OK.
- What are the weaknesses?
- Screw missing on door hinge. Prevented door shutting properly - do they do any quality control checks ?
Indesit service department difficult to deal with. Redirected calls, ignored faxes, promised to send screw and didn't, wanted to send service engineer (!!!!).
Ended up at local Comet store who let me have one off their display model.

I will never purchace another Indesit product,have now changed to Creda

- What are the strengths?
- I could not speak of any strengths as the first machine I had delivered made an unbelievable noise as the drum was out of line and rubbed on the casing,the was replaced by another one and exactly the same thing happened with that.
- What are the weaknesses?
- Two machines delivered,neither worked
