This is the worst delivery service I have experienced, credit card is charged as cash on order (so you are paying credit card cash advance interest rate from date of order), email sent on despatch (12 days later) but no delivery date. Delivery was weeks later and only after many delivery promises not met. Customer services number normally engaged (I wonder why!), when you do get through you might might need an interpreter. The very few positive feedbacks on this website are written in the same version of english as the tukha emails. Look at the very many recent negative feedbacks for this company, they all reflect my experience. Steer well clear of this company. I will never deal with them or any 'safebuy' or 'trust-uk' websites in the future.

What are the strengths?

Dryer large drum and opening looks good for loading/unloading, fluff filter looks small so will need frequent cleaning but the dryer has an indication to show this needs doing. Big plus is that this is one of the few dryers that you can use on economy 7 as the power button mechanically latches on (i.e. it will come on when the electricty supply to it comes on, most now latch on electrically, so you cannot set it to 'on' until the electricity comes on). Functions look good for a cheap dryer. Can't tell anymore as I have not used it yet.
Web site looks good, lots of guarantees and promises, has 'safebuy' and 'trust-uk' logos. Easy to order. Very decieving
