What are the strengths?

We've owned one of these for 18 months and the second for 12 months. We bought the second as the first was so good, both through PriceRunner.
They do everything you expect of a quality vacuum cleaner and easily beat anything else that we've owned and this includes, Hoovers, Hotpoints, Dysons and an Electrolux.
So light compared to the others and very useful and well thought out machine. We are very pleased with our two.
Highly reccommended !

It doesn't do the vacuuming on it's own !

I just wish I hadn't spent all those years trying to get by with cheaper models with comparably rubbish cleaning power and which very quickly let me down, costing me money and time to get them repaired. Sebo's aren't the prettiest of appliances but most of the time don't they live in a cupboard? And for me, it's more about performance than looks, and this one does exactly what is says on the tin

What are the strengths?

Long cable means I can plug my Sebo in in one room and vacuum the entire flat without changing sockets. I love it that it makes stripes on my carpet and the use of the onboard tools is spectacularly easy and much quicker than on any other machine I've owned. I have been absolutely amazed at how long it takes for the bag to fill, although we don't have kids or pets so I guess not as much to clean up here as in other homes. The suction power is very strong and the fact that it folds flat to about 6 inches means it's easy to clean under the bed without moving it. It also cleans very close to the edges. Also, and this is very personal, I like it that the dust is enclosed in the machine and not on view. It's also a very sturdy build quality. The lengthy manufacturer's warranty means peace of mind, although I'm not anticipating anything going wrong, given that my Mum's Sebo still cleans as well as on the day she bought it over 10 years ago.

What are the weaknesses?

Can't say that I've found any. It may seem a bit pricey to buy, but in terms of cost and value this is by far the best value vacuum cleaner I've ever bought.

Great suction,very useful gadgets especially the wandering hose bit, extendable hose good for stairs, It lays down flat to a height of about 6 inches so you can hoover under coffee tables etc.
Have a long haired cat and it gets all the hair off the carpet with ease.

What are the weaknesses?

Summary

This is a great vacuum cleaner we have had 4 vacuums in 6 years so we did a lot of research and the Sebo came out on top. We were used to bagless vacuums so we thought long and hard about going to a bagged machine because of the extra cost. This is a great machine quite light, easy to use and the head of the cleaner is just the right size to fit under the chairs. The suction is also very good. I would recommed this vacuum over all the others we have tried, Dyson, Panasonic and Bosch
