What are the strengths?

After spending a very long time chosing a television & reading every review possible - finally went for the Sony KDLZ4500. Visted the local Sony Centre to view both this one & the KDLW4500 side by side - you can tell the difference in picture quality. Very pleased with the picture - very clear / sharp - sports pictures are great.Good pictures on all formats Digital / Freeview & Standard. Do not have HD yet - but if these pictures are anything to go by then they will be fantastic. Purchased the TV from Electro Centre some £500 less than the Sony Centre wanted - Great service - prompt delivery - overall 1st class - well done !

would definitly shop from teleworld again, steve one of the sales managers is helping me out with a sony surround sound at present and will definitly buy from them as they have kept me fully informed of every thing i have purchased and wanted from them

customer service since started has been excellent, every time ive rung ive had my quieries answered every time, As this is a new sony product i was eager to get a new television, upon ordering i was told this was a new model with some delays, i was prepared to wait, i was also given a free dvd recorder because i had gone 1 day over my delivery period, but all good things come to those who wait. as promised it was delivered as soon as they received, all round excellent service from the staff at teleworld
