What are the strengths?

Well built, solid and looks far superior to other cheaper models that I considered, such as Wharfedale. Picture excellent, good sound, like the fact you can view two channels at once. Easy to set up. Recommended

What are the weaknesses?

Remote control a bit fiddly, although it does feel solid. Volume control is a bit annoying as it goes up in steps and they have not quite got that right, either too loud or too soft. You cant turn it off from standby unless you turn off at the socket

What are the strengths?

The unit is very easy to setup, auto tunes on both analogue and digital tuners.
Picture quality on the digital service is excellent considering th eold passive portable ariel used. One first use I was disappointed with the colour, but after a few tweeks it now looks excellent.
Screen angle for viewing is very good, it is used on top of a wardrobe and when laying in bed they is not colour loss from the viewing angle.
The digital guide is easy to use, if a little slow. Changing the changes in digital is as fast as the analogue.

What are the weaknesses?

The sleep timer is only available in the analogue mode, which is of unbelievable for a modern LCD TV.

Also the volume, in steps up is rubbish. For a bedroom, it is niether, first volume step, just a little too quiet, step to too loud.

If pushed the volume does distort, very little bottom end!

Summary

Excellent TV for an equally excellent price. I paid £403 (inc. delivery) from LX Direct. I would recommend this product to anyone. You would struggle to get change from £500 for a similar LCD TV with an in-built digital tuner, as many functions, style and quality.

What are the strengths?

The picture quality is very crisp and clear, loads of functions, very stylish and practical. Remote control is easy to use and instruction manual doesn't equate to a volume of the Encyclopaedia Britannica, unlike some!!

What are the weaknesses?

Sound quality is not 100% brilliant, but that isn't to say it's not very good. I just think it could be slightly improved so that it is a little bit richer.
