Summary

Lots of nice things about this TV but if you propose to actually listen to what you are watching go for something else. I bought 2 of these an I am glad I have not taken the other out of the box as it will be going back.

What are the strengths?

Very nice to look at, neat, black and great picture. Easy to navigate and setup the TV. Although I am using it as a sky multiroom tv so no opinion of the tuner.

What are the weaknesses?

Sound is dreadful. Couldn't believe how bad it is, I am trying to think of somthing to compare it to but I am having to think back to the 80's when I used to plug my walkman into a tiny pair of speakers. Also no line out to plug into an amp, I only use this in my kitchen but its so bad that I have had to draft in an old set of powered pc speakers to plug into the headphone socket.

Summary

Fabulous 19" LCD TV which is great value for money at under £200.
I took a chance with this one on the basis that I have LG equipment installed on/in my PC which has been faultless. A good choice, methinks, because the set is very good.
Smart delivery from AJ Electronics at the best price going.
This was a doddle to set up and the picture is very good.
The only downer that I will mention is the fact that the contrast was set at maximum from the factory. I reckon that I could do with an extra 5 - 10% to suit my own taste, but that said, this picture is very good.

Too early to know at this stage, but I was a little disappointed in the Contrast at set up. It had left the factory with the contrast set at maximum. I reckon that I need a shade more for my own personal taste, but there's none left!
