Which similar products have you used?
None.
Summary
Simple to setup then forget about it!
How long have you used the product?
1-3 months
- What are the strengths?
- I wanted to move my computer to a new home is the spare bedroom and didn't want to lots of cables running everywhere.
Installing this means I've still got my broadband access AND I'm able to access the internet on my PDA (via it's own wireless card) throughtout the house!
The internal firewall that comes pre-installed is much better than the software I used before and as this sits on the router means that everything behind your firewall is secure.
- What are the weaknesses?
- The setup can take a little longer than the advertised three minutes, but not much more.
And I'd suggest that, once everthing is working, you re-boot everything - PC, router, cable modem, etc - to ensure that everything is installed correctly.
