What are the strengths?

Bags of storage capacity with both CF/SD card slots and 80MB iPaq FileStore. Good colour screen, integrated wi-fi and bluetooth, calendar, contacts, web, email etc.... Downloadable, FREE, themes and stacks of other programmes. Will be very familiar to PC users AND, contrary to other reviews I've seen on the web, the iPaq HX2750 certainly IS Mac compatible. You simply need to download PocketMac (costs about £20) and it syncs beautifully with iCal, Address Book, iPhoto, iTunes or Entourage - what an absolute bonus. Have to say before I bought the iPaq, I too thought it was not Mac compatible which would have been a blow but trust me, it IS COMPATIBLE. Very FAST processor so changing between programmes very quick. Emails download quickly as do webpages but I guess that is dependent on your wireless network/broadband speed.

What are the weaknesses?

Tends to crash occasionally but a simple solution to this is to flash the BIOS - very easy, just go to the HP.COM website and do a search under the iPaq model number and look for BIOS update. That seems to have sorted mine certainly - no problems whatsoever now.
