Summary

The palm TX is ok, but do not buy the GPS. Unfortunately I selected the TX because I wanted the GPS.

How long have you used the product?

Less than 1 month

What are the weaknesses?: Do NOT buy the GPS accessory. Palm cust support knows nothing about the product. Support is from Tom Tom. Their customer support people know nothing about the product. You must be referred to a "level two" support. You put in the call and they they tell you they will call back in two or three days! Asked what happens if they call and we are not at our desk? You must put in another call and wait again. They will not give you number to higher level support.
The database stinks. Have not been able to locate a single address. If it does not find the street...and it will not...you are out of luck trying to navigate to that spot Very poor unit
