easy to use good software/software compatibility good sound quality great brand/customer support good looking very compact video makes it one up on ipod nano picture and video quality is very acceptable best player I've ever owned/tried i highly recommend good price for what you get radio nice feature |

| I'd have this player about half a year and can't get enough of it. its and excellent for - people like me - who listen to music regularly, like good quality sound and a few good extra features on the side not to mention a good brand and looks...
overall i would highly recommend this to most enthusiastic music listeners except however possibly those who have a massive collection of music or those who don't like fiddling with extra features and software. |

| I never got one to work !! | |||

| I could not get one to work (had two) | |||
| I have just returned my second V Plus 4gb player this week. The first one froze up while down loading music. I could not turn it off or move within any of the fields. I then reset and cleared the unit and started again ….ditto , then reset it for the third time this time rebooting it. Well it did the same thing …… Three strikes and you are out … I returned the unit to Bestbuy and got another one. I managed to load music, books and photos on to this one just to have it lock up. That was it!! Got my money back. | |||
