| Bought this item from Boots online shop. Have no problem with Boots, very good service once they find a machine that is in stock at the manufacturers/distributors.
Problem I have is with the manufcaturer. Very poor instructions - they use pictures with minimum words which assume that you know all about the machine already. And the machine in the pictures looks nothing like the one that was delivered. The noise level is supposed to 55dB - they must have a faulty meter; my last machine (6 years old and knackered) was a lot quieter. It's also supposed to come with adjustable height. Well yes, I suppose it does but they only provide you with 3 fillers to fill the gap between the bottom of the control panel and the drawer line when the door is fitted. I need more but cannot find a contact number to order more. The dishes come out clean on the standard wash but why must it take so long?? Even though it has B Energy Rating by the time the wash is finished i'm sure its used more energy than my old machine. |
