| Excellent at 1st usage | |||
| The Hotpoint BWM129 built-in is compact and functional, fitting ideally into the smaller built-in kitchen. It was bought as a replacement for a failed machine and on first test exceeds all expectations being quiet, easy to install and use. It washes and dries the clothing exceptionally well. In fact, I have not discovered any bad points relating to this machine or the company from which it was purchased Shop4Electricals, who delivered a highly competively priced product with professionalism and on time. | |||

| It's looks nice, that's just about all I can say for it | |||
| After having it for just a few weeks, the washing machine broke down. The engineer then came out and said that it needs a new part. He then came out again (over a week later) and fitted the new part part, which supposedly fixed it. However on turning it on for its first run, it broke down again. After phoning the service desk, the earliest they could book the engineer out again was another week after.
After calling customer service and asking what compensation they offer for having to go to the laundrette while the machine is out of action, they said they don't offer any compensation and the enginneer ould have to come out again. |

| The Hotpoint BWM129 is easy to use is quiet and looks great anmd can be bought at a competitive price. | |||
| Beware that the furniture door will probably have to be re- counterbored due to Hotpoint having changed the dimensions between the hinges. | |||
| The job of filling the existing holes and boring a new one for the door is a pain and Hotpoint could improve the design by having a series of threaded holes in the macine carcase to ensure interchangeability of doors. | |||
