| Hotpoint = poor customer service | |||
| The fridge freezer is one of the more modern designs for the money | |||
| I bought a hotpoint fridge freezer RF175bp had it for thirty one days, when it completely stopped working !
I was informed by hotpoint (creda) that if it was less than twenty eight days old, i could of had it replaced (helpfull !!!!) and that an engineer wouldn't be able to look at it for a week (even more helpfull) after all who needs a fridge freezer eh!!!!! The guy comes out and tells me the control module has had it, (ok) As it turns out this isn't kept in stock and no one knows when it's going to be in. So i phone every available hotpoint number and i'm basically told tough there's no point in complaining as they are not going to do anything about it . Then told part will be here in a week , the day comes and get call saying part has disappeared !! (another half day off work)Replacement part won't be here for another week. Complain ask for replacement, told no this is not unreasonable practice. Eight days later get a call saying part is in, won't be able to fit it for another six days !! 28 days later it's finally fixed after a day and a half off work and countless takeaways Must of cost me £200 but never mind as long as hotpoint/creda saved a couple of quid that's obviously all that matters!!!!!! |

| Says it all really they don't care about customer service and some of the employees even told me on the phone it's gone down hill in rhe last two years after being taken over !!!!
SELL THE SAME STUFF AS RATTNERS DID !!!!!!!! |
