| Build Quality - Drawer front broke on in days of using it, never quite the same again.

| This is an attractively priced unit, and from the spcificaiton it is well worth the money, particularly with he probelems around on the similarly priced Samsung units. However beware, within a couple of days using the unit one of the drawer fronts unclipped from the drawer in the freezer compartment, and try as we might the drawer front never quite fitted again. This was a minor niggle, the biggie was the fact that after 9 months the following happend, the filtered water froze up, followed by the whole freezer defrosting and the fridge freezing up. Turns out that two components had failed, a microprocessor board and a fan (I think!) Despite the engineer turning out, twice, without the parts, and the parts failing to be sent through by BECO, the unit was never fixed. The process of getting this resolved, to the point of gaining a full cash refund from the supplier (Dixons UK, who again were not very helpful) took 7 weeks. I would steer clear of this unit. | |||
