None really, although the service department were very helpfull when it first broke down. |

Poor build quality, overpriced. short power cable which is difficult to retract. |
| Summary |
I have owned this vacuum cleaner for less than 6 months. within 2 weeks the bag hatch which was stiff fron new had broken. then the suction pipe became blocked and as i tried to free it the hanle power mechanism broke. I am going back to Miele which i have used before and I feel is far superior. |
