| I was very sceptical buying this miele vacuum as i have had to many bad experince with other vacuums in the past not doing a thorough job.
In australia 10 years ago i bought a electrolux vacuum with a electric power head and it was the best i needed my carpets spotless at the time i had a baby crawling on the floor. I bought the miele turbo head and it is one step behind but the electric head but it is very good. it is the best i have used in england yet very easy on the back too. I will eventually get the electric motor head but for now i am very pleased. I bought the vac with a small and large turbo head included. |

| Sounds a bit sad but I couldn't wait to unpack my Miele and use it, having packed my Dyson Motorhead off to a landfill about 3 weeks prior after it took up smoking!
My mum bought the same model Miele about 2 yrs ago and has been very happy with it ever since and on her recommendation, plus what I'd read in a recent Which test, I decided to buy one. It's far superior to a Dyson, and whilst Dyson may have the fancy 'cyclonic' technology, the rest of his product seemed to suffer with leaking, hissing gaps in the tubes, and wheels that won't turn properly. |

| Excellent suction, better than any I have ever used, the only vacuum that picks up every pine needle off the Christmas tree!
Have had the cleaner 18 months and still as good as ever. |

| The replacement bags a bit expensive | |||
| Will always buy a Mielle vacuum, its the best I have ever had and this includes a Dyson. | |||

| miele cat and dog not so wonderfull | |||
| excellent performance. really does an exceptional job at cleaning floors and carpets. | |||
| cost me £200.00 6 years ago. now totally does not work. wont even turn light on dead. ads all say that should last the average household 20 years. now it needs an expensive reapair for £80.00. not impressed. | |||
| when you spen that kind of money it becomes a bit of an investment buy. and even though i am not naieve enough to believe it would last £20 years i dont think it has done that well seeing that cylinders are maent to be long lasting than say uprights. also which say that it is reliable you kind of think wee i am on to a winner here. not impressed also bags cost a fortune dont believe all the hype. maybe settle for a basic miele and not the fancy ones. | |||

| happy customer! | |||
| Extremely powerful to give excellent suction.
Lightweight compared to my old Dyson and much more manouvreable. Interchangeable heads to cover all eventualities. Turbine head is brilliant and picks up everything! |
|||
| Rather noisy but worth it to get such good results. | |||
| I didn't think I could improve on my old vacuum and was miffed when I couldn't replace it as it was discontinued. I read numerous reviews and the miele cat and dog came out really well. I bought it on-line at a very competitive price and hoped for the best! It roared into life and proved that it really does do what everyone says it does. I did the whole house and I could not fault anything about it. It's brilliant on carpet ,laminate flooring and ceramic tiles and if I had a cat it would probably suck that up as well! | |||

| Buy one and be amazed | |||
| The Miele quality continues in this superb vacuum cleaner. With three dogs (who try to run off with and then chew the attachments) on laminate flooring we have quite a fall-out problem but the Cat & Dog vac makes incredibly light work of it.
The transition from laminate to carpet is seemless. Happily, it does not rip the life out of your rugs etc thanks to the variable air vent on the main tube which lessens or increases the suction to the desired setting. The filters work extremely well and I have never seen dust sticking to the main body of the vacuum as I have on other makes and models. Tough enough for reluctant teenagers to use! |
|||
| Compared to other models? None that I can think of.
They all require storing and in my experience (unless you have a huge cupboard) they all behave like those tins with the pop-up snake inside them just when you think all is safely stowed away! |

| An excellent piece of engineering.
Performance still as good 4 years down the line. |

| I wish I'd tried it before | |||
| Small size, especially when you stand it on end. It's also lightweight
Quiet, even on full power. Electronic control can cut it right down in 6 steps to just a whisper. All tools work excellently, especially the turbo. The extension pipe on the hose is metal and infinitely adjustable. Very comfortable to use. Easy to pack and unpack. Sucks just as well as the Dyson. Hose reach is tremendous, lead reach doubles it. |
|||
| Turbo tools don't fit on board | |||
| I have used Dyson's for many years because they're bagless and they have a reputation for powerful suction. I wish I'd tried the Miele before, it's every bit as good on suction and wins hands down on convenience and noise . It's also so much cheaper that the difference will easily cover the cost of the bags. | |||

| Power, and lots of it! Great for pets hair, homan hair and lifting all dirt! | |||
| Not very quite, no stair lock | |||
| Excellent machine. After trying other hoovers, I wish I'd brought this one first. Not very quite, but what's the point of having a low noise hoover that doesn't do what it's brought for in the first place. I'll never buy any other make. My mother has the same model and it has kept it's high standards over the past couple of years. | |||
