| a great tv. brought from beyond television which i found was a fantastic company to deal with. the price was cheap and the delivery was fast, ordered saturday afternoon missed the time slot for monday delivery (3pm) company rang me 1 hour after i ordered to say it will be here by tuesday which it was!. you can track your order through city-link which was good to know. i would gladly shop with them again! great company. | |||

| TV is good but prc is like this:
A very strong advise.Do Not shop my PRC Direct.They are bad on evrything. Simon the Manager has a very very bad attitude.Forget to ship my TV after waiting for 10 working days and I have to wait for another 10 working days.Never shop from PRC ever. even if it's free. Thanks |

| An excellent LCD tv for the price. I've had the tv for 2 weeks now, easy to set up & the only criticism I have so far is that the sound could be better but it is only a minor grumble. This was easily overcome by linking it to the home theatre system. It looks good and has plenty of connectivity on the back, HDMI; component video, 2 scart plus others. I like the game mode for use with a games console. The remote control is a bit long, but I can get used to that.
I purchased mine from Home Cinema TV, great service, ordered on the Tuesday - delivered on the Friday. |

| Purchased late July. Poor picture quality from the start. Currys was of no help. Samsung customer service very little better. Then lost all terestial tv, left with Sky. Samsung got one their service people from their agents Visual FX who said I needed a new card to recover terrestial tv, and as the overall picture was so bad needed a main card for that. None in stock of course and now one month later I am still waiting. They tell me its not in stock with Samsung along with lots of other parts they are waiting for.Samsung say its all up to Visual FX not them.
So beware !!! |

| TV has good connectivity and is a stylish black. The menus are very easy to follow and setting up took no time at all. Don't have any HD equipment as yet but hope to get blu-ray in the future. | |||

| Fantastic value for money, nice picture and 247 electrical were fantastic only took 24 hrs to get the T.V to me. Fortunately I was in all day to receive it so had no delivery issues. You could always get it delivered to your place of work. | |||

| The TV itself is fantastic, the quality of picture on films and television is amazing. Crystal clear with minimal pixelation. Looks awesome and functionality in the menus is clear and simple. | |||
| Sports is avereage, especially football but I think If I were to get digital Sky this would definently change. I find when the camera pans out it sometimes blurs the picture for a split second. I have seen this on other Lcd's as well so I think its probably just the technology.
PRC: Bad Service and I dont reccomend buying it through them. |

| One thing I cant stress enought though is although PRC come up as the cheapest retailer PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND USE ANOTHER RETAILER. I used them and had a salesman named 'NEIL' who will do anything to sell you a product and on 3 occasions lied to me about my delivery. Originally I had said I need a delivery van that can call me half an hour before it gets to my place as I have to work and needed to get home to let them in. To my disgust Neil Told me that was no problem just call the courier and organise this. Sure enough I called them and they were not able to do this. Secondly I asked Neil to organise a time for me as the courier company told me the Retailer needs to do this and he told me the Tv would come at 12:00 midday. I confirmed this again in the morning with him and he said correct, however i arrived home in the middle of the day to find my TV had been delivered at 9am so when I called him to ask him why he told me midday, his response was oh sorry it was 9-midday. Then he said he had organised for my TV to be delivered on Saturday (A time I wanted originally and he told me it wasnt possible) between 9-midday. This wasnt to be, I called the courier people at 10:30 and they told me it was in a storage house and No Body had oganised for the phone to be delivered, so I had to pay £24 in a taxi to go and get the TV after I paid £27 to have it delivered. Overall A Great TV but DO NOT GO THROUGH PRC - There are heaps of other companies maybe £5 - £10 more expensive that must be more honest and reputable than this Company. If you must use them Please DO NOT USE GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO NEIL THE LIAR AND OPT FOR ANOTHER SALES MAN. At the end of the day the decision is yours as a consumer and if we put up with this similar stories will keep popping up. Save yoursef the high blood pressure and use another Retailer. The product however BRILLIANT, I am really happy with it. It makes me want to watch TV all the time. | |||
