| Very complicated to set up
It's a dust magnet. There is a fault with the Optical out put when using a Digital signal; Samsung sent out an engineer, they said the mother board would need changing. Over a week later no replacement part, or Telly. If you get to speak to someone in Samsung, they don't follow up and return your calls. Engineers now say it will be a week for the new part. So a brand new telly with a fault, no replacement, cr*p customer support from Samsung. Also if you use the new Sony HDD with the telly the picture actually gets worse, and puts the sound out of synch |

| Full HD LCD with serious problem | |||

excellent picture from upscaling dvd,standard Sky and any external Freeview scource. Build quality,very nice,even the full Piano black finish is not that great a dust magnet. |

| There is a fault with the Internal Freeview Tuner.The picture will "judder" on an irregular basis.This can be every few seconds or every few mins.
This fault has been brought to the attention of Samsung who are giving it their attention,but so far no fix available. According to the AV Forums,68% of owners have this fault in their sets. Sending the set back will,in 2 cases out of 3, result in you receiving another with exactly the same fault. I would strongly suggest that you avoid this set untill this matter is resolved. |
