Summary Ordered the product from DABS an internet shopping company quite a few weks ago (bad company do not use).

Item arrived in perfect condition but would not power up. Not impressed with quality control by Palm.

Still awaiting a replacement, DABS do not reply to e-mails sent, no telephone service you can only operate over the NET.
