| Can't get the video and sound to sync. Video lags behind sound by several frames. | |||
| I would love to give this webcam 10 out of 10 on every count. But I can't, because of serious sync problems with video files. I have tried the Quickcam Pro 5000 via USB 2.0 on four different hi-spec PCs, but the problem persists. The pictures and sound are always out of sync and get increasingly so as time progresses.
What a shame, because every other aspect of the Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000 is first class and the still pics are quite amazing for a product in this price bracket. So, if stills are all you need - go for it. Otherwise, I suggest that those planning a lot of video will be disappointed. |

| Exceptionally well designed hardware. Very easily installed. Accompanying headset with mic is very useful, though you can use it with the built in mic or other 3rd party mic and speakers. Picture quality is fine especially in poor light. | |||
