Lots of software bundled in. Sleek looks. |

Canonscan drivers have massive problems completely unable to scan Slides. Even the latest drivers crash every time.
Canon support non existant:No response to emails, telephone support difficult to use. Phones often cut out or not avaialble. Knowledge of staff poor. Website is very confusing and unhelpful.
Conclusion Canon are only interested in your money. Don't waste your time with support. |
