Straighteners that don't straighten |
| What are the strengths? |
Can't think of any |
| What are the weaknesses? |
Heat up time very poor, don't actually straighten my hair |
| Summary |
I bought these straightners after my old Remington ones broke. I bought them because they supposedly have a heat of up to 230 degrees and usually I am ok with anything over the 200 degree mark. I have very thick and quite coarse hair. The first time I used these straighteners I thought perhaps I hadn't left them to heat up long enough but quite simply they are not up to the job! I have had many set of straighteners over the last few years and these are by far the poorest I have ever owned. I have had them for 2 weeks, paid £20 for them and now will have to go out and spend more money on some that actually work. If you have very fine or not much hair, these are probably going to be ok for you but if you have long or unruly hair as I do, don't bother. |
