| What are the strengths? |
Very easy to use. A good range of activities all well explained. Allows you to set targets based on weight or BMI and track your progress. Biggest strength is its fun and features such as unlocking new exercises and levels will keep you interested for a while. Because you can do ten minutes here and there easier to fit into the day than say a trip to the gym. |
| What are the weaknesses? |
I guess, like all games, after a while the novelty value might wear off and unless youre committed to it, it will start to gather dust in the cupboard next to the exercise ball and abs trainer you convinced yourself youd use the year before. Disappointed the software didnt give you an option for a training program but instead of just letting you pick and choose what you do. |
| Summary |
Definitely fun. Unlikely to get you fit for the Olympics but likely to shed a few pounds ahead of the summer. |
