| T discs are expensive. Espresso coffee neither tasted or smelled like fresh coffee - more like an extra-strong instant coffee. There doesn't seem to be enough pressure in the machine to make good espresso coffee. The Cafe crema was marginally better, but I could have achieved the same result with a kettle and some instant coffee. The same applies to the Suchard hot chocolate - their powdered chocolate with boiling water would taste the same. Would anyone really want to use this machine to make a cup of tea? | |||
| I feel that this machine is grossly overrated (see Simon Hoggart's comments in The Guardian on December 9th) and vastly overpriced even with a £20 reduction just before Christmas. | |||

| Bought this product from Curry's Website on a special offer - I was really pleased with the speed of delivery. Although it said allow 5 days, it arrived within 2. Came via DHL who left the large box on my drive, but never mind!
The machine itself is great. It's quick and easy to use and the quality of the drinks is good. The coffee smells lovely when it's brewing. Hope they'll do some more T-disc types soon though (Latte, Mocha). It came with a free box of Cafe Creme T-discs which was a nice surprise so I was able to try it out right away. All in all a good buy - but bad for my health as my coffee consumption has gone up 100%! |

| The quality and freshness of the drinks at the touch of a button is fantastic. Really quick from switch-on to drinking. Great range of beverages and the T-disks are readily available in supermarkets. Free two packs of drinks included plus two more on registration. | |||
| Having only had this a matter of weeks my only concern is if it is robust enough to withstand constant daily use. I have paid as much for integrated machines where one part has always managed to go wrong just after the guarantee has run out. Is nothing built to last these days?

| You will wonder how you ever managed without it. Had three visitors last night - one wanted tea - one capucchino and one wanted cafe crema. This was achieved in a matter of minutes with no fuss or messy tea bags etc.
