Car Audio Centre - Information

Ordered item on Friday morning and paid £8.99 for next day delivery. Phoned me up to say item was not in stock but they could get it to me by next Wednesday. I reluctantly agreed. I phoned shop on Tuesday afternoon to check if item was ready to despatch. I was told that the item was in the Warehouse but I wouldn't receive it until the Friday! I asked for a discount on the postage (Paid for next day but it would be 7 days!). I was rudely told that there would be no discount or goodwill gesture. I asked to cancel the order to which he rudely replied "fine" and hung up on me! Still waiting for money to be refunded!!!! PLEASE USE A REPUTABLE CAR AUDIO COMPANY AND AVOID THIS ONE.

Ordered car speakers from the retailer. They arrived poorly packaged, the box itself looked like it had been banged around a lot, both speakers were damaged in some way. I asked for a refund, they said that they don't offer refunds, only exchanges. I had to pay for p&p when sending back the item. They told me they would send the return back with next day delivery. Three days later still not here. Way too much hassle to be worth dealing with.... AVOID!
