DeliveryDelivery We aim to deliver any item in stock within 7 days of accepting your order. Furniture delivery takes longer. You will be given a delivery date soon after your order is accepted. Approximate Lead times are shown with the product information on line for Express and furniture products. Depending on the products you are ordering, the item with the longest lead time to completion will determine your delivery week. We will endeavour to arrange a convenient delivery time for you but specific delivery times cannot be agreed at the time you place your order.
Return PolicyReturns In Store: All Standard Home Furnishings can be returned in person at any of our home stores. Upholstery and Furniture cannot be returned direct to our stores. Garment stores will only accept garments and Home stores will only accept home furnishings. By Post: All Standard Home Furnishings and Garments can be returned using the prepaid label enclosed with your order by post to: Returns Department, Laura Ashley By Post, PO Box 19, Newtown, Powys, SY16 1DZ. If you return products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Product will remain your responsibility until we receive them. Furniture Returns If, during the Cancellation period, you would like us to collect any Furniture Products ordered exclusively via Distance Communication from you, please contact our Customer Services department on 0870 562 2116 to discuss. We reserve the right to charge you for this service , as a contribution towards the costs of collection. This charge will not exceed £75.
Cost of DeliveryFor all Furniture orders there is a standard delivery charge of £30.00. Standard Postage and packing on items other than Furniture and Flowers is £4.25. An express delivery service is available for non furniture items. Delivery will be next day if the order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. An extra charge of £9 is payable for this service. Non-standard and special deliveries may incur additional charges (minimum £50), these will include re-deliveries, deliveries to offshore islands, deliveries above first floor, deliveries requiring additional crew or deliveries requiring a small van for access. Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any quoted delivery date. Furniture Delivery is normally via our own in house Laura Ashley operated carrier, Premier Home Logistics Ltd. However, for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, far South West and certain other areas we delivery via carefully selected carriers operating on our behalf.
