Refund PolicyDistance selling regulations 2000. The Buyer may cancel the order, when it has been manufactured and dispatched and up to seven working days after delivery, (beginning the day after delivery). The Buyer has a duty of care, under the regulations, to take care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new, by the Seller. The Seller will claim, from the Buyer, for the resulting loss in value for goods not kept so that they may be sold again as new. The Buyer must make the goods freely available at the original delivery address, to the Seller or his agent, within 21 days of cancellation, for collection on a working day and use the prepaid addressed labels supplied by the Seller, to identify the goods. The regulations do not apply to unsealed licensed software. The Seller will refund, less appropriate deductions, to the Buyer, within 30 days of the written notice of cancellation, by the original method of payment.

Summary
Very happy with my MESH computer. I had spend quite some time on deciding whether to buy from MESH - they have a good reputation in the paper press, but it seems that there's a few people online who put them down. I'm happy to say that the buying experience overall for me has been fine. There have been no problems, and I found that the guys over at the Mesh Computers Owners Club (www.meshcomputersownersclub.com) have been more than helpful with any problems I've had. Seriously, if you're looking for a new PC, give these guys a try - they're OK.

Summary
Absolutely appalling level of service. I would strongly recommend you avoid this company. I ordered a system and was promised a delivery date. It failed to turn up. They knew how important the delivery date was as I was buying the system for my father and had to make a 400mile round trip to install it for him only for it not to arrive. No apology from Mesh. I cancelled the order.

After many, many phone calls still have not received refund (10 days later).

Spoken to completely ineffective customer services several times. They use all sorts of tricks to stall you:

"Someone will call you back" - No they won't.

"This is the phone number you should call to speak to accounts" - It might be, but no one answers that line.

"I'll just transfer you to someone who can help" - Oops I hung up on you by mistake!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
