Just like I thought, there was nothing wrong with Total Digital at all. The transaction went through very smoothly.

I bought a panasonic TH46PZ85B PLASMA TV as well as a home theatre system, placed my order on thursday and received the goods on tuesday. I got a defined delivery slot between 11.30 am and 1, the van arrived at 12.30, all goods in perfect condition. I dont understand the other bad reviews on this board, if you want to pay too much for your stuff and you want flawless customer service then buy your stuff from harrods. I placed my order, it was accepted and I waited for them to call me. Nothing. After 3 working days, (the time their website says it will take to deliver) with no contact from them, I called their number. They said (not particularly politely) that my item was now out of stock but, on order, and that they would ring me at the end of the week to arrange delivery. Again I waited, no one called. Then late on Friday night, over a week after I ordered, I received an abrupt e-mail (much like the others mentioned here) which said my order had been cancelled because they couldn't get the item and suggested ordering the newer (more expensive) model. Why didn't they tell me this at the beginning of the week when I rang them to ask?
Since, thanks to them wasting my time, all the good offers on my item are now gone, I have to start the process of looking for a new TV over again. A very frustrating experience. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |

They ignore my emails and I have had to get my bank involved and take legal advice. The website and confirmation clearly said it was IN STOCK and would be delivered in 1 to 3 workings days. I noticed online that the status of my order had changed on the 3rd day and phoned them to confirm it was on it's way. I was told to expect delivery "tomorrow or the day after". On the 5th day there was still no sign of it and I called again to be told "sorry that model is out of stock at the moment". Order has now been cancelled! Two weeks after they received the item a refund had not been made so I called again and they advised they would refund immediately. Two weeks later the refund had still not been made and again they advised they would refund immediately. It is now 6 weeks since the item was returned and still no sign of a refund. To date I have made 7 calls each time they have advised they would call me back and have not done so on any of these occasions.
