I ordered a Sony Bravia TV on Thursday and my items were delivered 2 days later. I found customer services very helpful and the price very competitive. I tried 3 other companies with cheaper prices but all the latest Bravia TV's were of stock with 6 -8 week delivery. With the Co=op you get to choose what delivery date suits you on-line, even saturdays at no cost for delivery. They will text you & call you to tell you about your delivery - within 2 hour slot!

Placed order on-line on a Sunday, and, as not all items in stock I received a call from Angela in Customer Services on the Monday to advise when the other goods would be delivered into their warehouse, she then called me on that morning as goods aren't delivered in until the afternoon and she didn't want me to worry, followed by a call later that day to confirm receipt!
Everything duly delivered 2 days later, well within the 8:10 - 10:40 time slot given. Delivery guys were very efficient and friendly - didn't have to worry about unpacking/disposing of the rubbish as they did it all.
Have been very impressed with the quality of service all round (they were also the cheapest) and would definitely recommend.

Finally switched to Co-op and really pleased with the decision. Didn't have the item in stock that I'd ordered so offered me a better model for the same price. Excellent communication re: delivery slot. Delivery men turned up when they were supposed to and were extremely helpful and polite. I did my search and to my great surprise I saw the Co-op listed, I never knew the Co-op did online electrical, and they are someone I would trust. They were not the cheapest but they were far from being expensive too. I placed my order with ease and just 48 hours later the goods were unpacked and in my utility room and my wife hasn't stopped washing since.

My large fridgefreezer arrived on time, but I had had only choice of date but not time, which turned out to be very inconvenient at 7 am. The delivery men were courteous, helped me unpack, but then had to leave before it could be turned on (to settle refridgerant). The display was not working and I had a devil of a job convincing coop and bosch that the machine was at fault not my understanding of the instructions. Then it was going to take several days for a new one to be supplied. Picture piles of rotten food. Fortunately, perusing the coop reviews, I found a comment referring to wires not being connected to the display. With a little bit of commonsense I was able to check and ensure proper connection.
