Having experienced some fairly poor customer service from online retailers dealing with Golf Online has been a pleasure. In the first instance the bag I ordered arrived very quickly, 6 months later when there was a problem their service was excellent. I was provided with clear instructions on how to return the product and upon receipt they sent out a replacement the same day which arrived the next day. I also managed to leave a sunglasses case in the returned bag which they found and returned. Truly outstanding customer service, thanks.

Sent back a pair of shoes under warranty, on Thursday afternoon. Replacement arrived 9.30 am Saturday. when these boy's say no quibble Guarantee they mean it First class service on first delivery, and wonderful customer care on the second. I will sing there praises all day long

I purchased my Benross Innovator Driver and Veloct Fairway wood on Wednesday at 1pm and i was on the range with them at 3pm the next day Unbelievable service, There was a slight glitch with the order which was resolved in a matter of minutes and to my satisfaction with the minimum of fuss. I cant fault this online store and will certainly be using again to buy my irons

I ordered a golf trolley to be delievered in 3 to 5 days. I was then told they were out of stock. Despite my initial disappointment, I was very pleased with how the company dealt with the problem, and even managed to meet their original promised delievery date. You can certainly judge the quality of a supplier when things go wrong. In this case Golfonline were suberb!

What service!! Golf clubs ordered on Saturday, played my first round with them on following Friday afternoon! Considering we live in Lot et GaronneFrance I think this is pretty good!! Ordered custom driver specially made by Callaway,Golf Online were amazingly helpful in all aspects from advising and then talking to Callaway directly to make sure I had the right club built for me, added to this the speed of service from start to finish was second to none. Sunday the 3.rd of august ordered a bag out of stock, from Golfonline. They answered me, that it would be back in stock in 7 to 10 working days. This morning, friday the 8.th, a loud hammering on the door, woke me up. Outside was a guy from DPD to deliver me one package containing the mentioned bag. I must say i´m impressed. Less than a week from ordering to the item being delevired. I can assure you, that their excellent service is noticed and will spread among my fellow golfers. Thank you, and have a nice weekend.
