SummaryI ordered a golf trolley to be delievered in 3 to 5 days. I was then told they were out of stock. Despite my initial disappointment, I was very pleased with how the company dealt with the problem, and even managed to meet their original promised delievery date. You can certainly judge the quality of a supplier when things go wrong. In this case Golfonline were suberb!

SummaryOrdered custom driver specially made by Callaway,Golf Online were amazingly helpful in all aspects from advising and then talking to Callaway directly to make sure I had the right club built for me, added to this the speed of service from start to finish was second to none.
I thoroughly recommend them to all and will become a very regular customer myself.

SummarySunday the 3.rd of august ordered a bag out of stock, from Golfonline. They answered me, that it would be back in stock in 7 to 10 working days. This morning, friday the 8.th, a loud hammering on the door, woke me up. Outside was a guy from DPD to deliver me one package containing the mentioned bag.
I must say i´m impressed. Less than a week from ordering to the item being delevired.

I can assure you, that their excellent service is noticed and will spread
among my fellow golfers.

Thank you, and have a nice weekend. I sure will, eventhough I'll be at work both days.
