Refund PolicyAny items delivered in good condition and are subsequently rejected by the customer, for whatever reason, may be returned (at the customer's expense) up to seven working days after the day of delivery. Goods must be adequately packaged for return to us in or with all the original packaging. As long as the goods arrive back to us in the same good condition, the contract will then be cancelled and a refund of payment will be made.

DeliveryThe basic service includes delivery to your door anywhere in Sussex. We deliver to the larger part of the UK Mainland covering all of the English and Welsh counties. Deliveries are made to Scotland but are subject to individual postcodes.

In addition, individual products may be the subject of additional warranties or guarantees provided by the manufacturers. Such guarantees are not enforceable against Sussex Appliances‚ only to the manufacturer providing them.
