Payment OptionsWe accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Electron, Solo and JCB. For Switch Card customers, if your card does not have an issue number, please enter 127 as the issue number. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.
DeliveryOrders received by Midday will be despatched to arrive the following day throughout most UK regions, provided products are in stock. Items ordered on a Friday are not guaranteed for delivery on Saturday. Royal Mail services guarantee next working day delivery (Monday to Friday), by 12pm. A signature is required when the item is delivered. If you are not present when the item is delivered the parcel will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office for collection later. For out of stock items, please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Please ask for exact delivery date to your location. 
Return PolicyMerchandise in resellable condition may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase, including unopened software. Credit will be applied to the credit card which was used for the purchase. Opened software is non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty.A "Return Materials Authorisation" (RMA) number must be obtained from GPS Warehouse prior to the return of any material. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container and on return paperwork included inside the package. Returned merchandise must be shipped, delivery charges prepaid to the above address.

Cost of DeliveryUK delivery charges (by special delivery, signed on receipt, fully insured), are calculated according to goods value, all in GB Pounds: Up to £50: £2.00, £51 to £100: £4.00, Over £101: £6.50. European delivery charges (again in GB Pounds): Up to £50: £5.00, £51 to £100: £7.00, Over £101: £9.50. International delivery charges (again in GB Pounds): Currently flat-fee: £25.00.
