| Overall rating | | | Comments | One of the few sites that did not require my details or for me to start checkout just to check product availablility and delivery dates, which means not wasting my time like dixons, boots and several others. the fridge turned out to be faulty and i called qed the next day who sorted it that day.hotpoint took a fewmore days to complete but qed were more helpful than i had anticipated for a web company - friendly and interested. thank you qed. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | looking for a washer/dryer and came across qed found the website very quick and easy to use and the prices were far cheaper than anywhere else i had looked at ordered on the saturday for thursday delivery was contacted on the tuesday and given a 4 hour delivery slot for the thursday and product was deliverf an hour into that slot ! washer dryer is fantastic and so easy to use thankyou qed!

QED is an established company that I knew from word of mouth wouldn't let me down.
Their brand does convey the fact that their prices are low, but I think it could do with a redesign to reflect the authority and reliability they now also stand for. |
