Summary
I ordered an Archos 405 in Sept I was promised delivery by October then I recieved a letter saying the Archos would not arrive until Nov 3rd at the latest I checked my account and it was apparently dispatched on 30th Oct no notice was sent and now it appears to have been lost by the courier. They refuse to give me a tracking number and said they would send me a claim form by e-mail . even that has not arrived.. Useless useless useless beware
