Summary

I've had a very bad experience with buyers&sellers.No response to my initial emails,no confirmation of receving my order.It took 7 weeks for my washing machine to arrive, contrary to what they say: up to14 working days!No proper explanation has been given regarding such significant delay.If I knew that it would take that long I would have prefered to pay a bit more and buy it from another retailer.They have proved very unreliable.Will never but from them again.

Summary

Found the dishwasher I wanted at the best price anywhere, saved lots of money compared to High Street, including free delivery - others more expensive wanted to charge. Received e-mail confirmation having already been advised delivery date when ordering over the telephone, prior to the delivery received phone call re-confirming delivery - advised time slot of between 8am and 12noon, 8.20 it had been delivered, found us no problem, everyone usually gets lost! Excellent price + excellent service!!!
