Received e-mail confirmation having already been advised delivery date when ordering over the telephone, prior to the delivery received phone call re-confirming delivery - advised time slot of between 8am and 12noon, 8.20 it had been delivered, found us no problem, everyone usually gets lost! Excellent price + excellent service!!! Do you recommend this retailer? Yes

A pleasure to do business with. The website gave me lots of further information on the product I had already decided to purchase. In addition I received a 5 year guarantee. Promised to deliver between 12 and 5pm. Came at 1.30pm. Very pleased with service from start to finish. Very competative price. No hesitation in recommending to others and will certainly use again.
