My overall purchase experience of W2W is good, I have found the price reasonable and competitive and the site is simple to use. Delivery was within the time stated.
The site failed to advise that the item was out of stock, then failed again to tell me of this, leaving me sitting here like a stuffed tomato wondering if was lost in the post ect.???
Upon checking with W2W after 5 days I found that the item was out of stock.
Service they do not know the meaning of the word.
overall they had what i wanted and had go09d prices delivery was on time goods well packed will go back and look again
Goods ordered. No email received saying goods were out of stock, only found out by looking at account, so had to cancel order and purchase elsewhere.
We have waited 12 days for the order only to find that the item is listed out of stock. An Email to let us know would have been appreciated
have used several times before and have always been very pleased with goods and service.
Very good on price with the free delivery. Would help if W2W would make it clearer the expected delivery time for each item as I've been left waiting up to nearly 10 working days and for other orders delivery has been within 5 working days.

I ordered 2 items.I received a confirmation and they took credit. 1 week passed,no E-Mail,I checked site for delivery.Both items out of stock!!! E-Mailed site to cancel order and refund.No! 1 item was being sent,1 cancelled. I was charged for the more expensive item,when lower cost item was despatched.Wrong refund received. Yesterday item came after 13 days,Hooray!
From the time of order to receipt must be within 7 DAYS only. Any longer then the Client NEEDS to be contacted? Not good business practice by w2w.No longer on my Shopping list.
Website identified the product I was looking for very promptly. Price was good, free delivery excellent news. Delivery schedule was reasonable, product arrived within 4 working days, currently printing the company leaflets, quality is great. Thank you
