| Overall rating | | | Comments | I am a returning customer, and despite my grumbles I would most certainly order from this company again. The value is excellent; prices are low, and I like the postage included element.
Fortunately I ordered earlier than the date I needed the goods because they were on a back order. This was made clear; I wasn't kept waiting without knowing. I appreciate this was no fault of the company, but my money was taken immediately. I wish companies would set up a purchase such that the money is taken when the goods are ready for posting out. |

In the pastI have waited weeks for part of my order to be delivered. If you are waiting for printer cartridges needed for use that is useless. |

If all internet sites deal like W2W then a lot of the mistrust would be eradicated.
