SummaryThis man should not be allowed to trade he is the worst internet retailer i have had the misfortune to buy from.I ordered a cobra driver & got the invoice for £99.The following day i recieved a call saying the headcover was an extra £10 plus £2 p&p. I told Mr Nicholson to cancell the order as i could get the same club at direct golf with headcover included for £99. He told me it was already on it's way so i couldn't cancell .I received my credit card bill today & he has taken the unauthorised £12 This man advertises his price promise & his great customer service (what a joke) he makes a mockery of pricerunner. BEWARE!!!!

SummarySent me the wrong club, debited my credit card £12 more than price quoted, used a courier service with a depot 20 miles from my house.

I sent the club back but claim never received it. To date £126 out of pocket plus hours messing around on the phine.

Summarycalled shop to buy cobra clubs steel shafts,owner Greg Nicholson said in stock ok to collect from shop rather than post.called at shop next day, said steel shafts sold and then somehow I allowed him to what can only be described as a good blagging into buying a set of graphite shafts instead, on the basis that the price was much cheaper than he would normally sell at. Had an assistant on hand giving me a load of rubbish on gripping the club correctly ( would have ended up with a limpet wrist !! ) Found out later the price was what he was selling them at to anyone. Found him to be nothing but a pushy, sharp salesman, wouldn't buy from this man again

SummaryI was sick to death of ringing golf shops which advertised good prices but who didnt have the club I want in stock! At last, I've found a shop that doesnt employ muppets, for these guys really knew their stuff - and they had it in stock!! Not only were they informative but they rang me back when they said they would. Ordered over the phone, received it 2 days later. What could be easier. I used to order my gear from one of the larger superstores, but having been messed around once to often will be buying from Greg Nicholsn Golf in future.

SummaryI used pricerunner to find out the cheapest company to buy a specific item. I found Greg's to be the cheapest and decided to use them.
I wish that I had read the reviews now before purchasing as 50% bad review is pretty shocking news for this company.

I rang up to confirm if the driver was in-stock as I had used their online system to place my order for £141.99. Whilst I was on the phone I enquired about the head cover and was told that the head cover was not included. So I asked them to add the head cover as an addition to the purchase. Therefore the total price was over £150 which they confirmed would qualify for the FREE POST POLICY.

While I received an Invoice for £148.99, I was surprised to find out that the company had charged me £160 total off my credit card without my permission.

I emailed them a couple of times with no response, so I followed up with numerous telephone calls, and was faced with unhelpful and rude staff. I was given the excuse that their internet was down and therefore emails were not answered, however they are able to take online orders? Selective choices it seems.

Finally I got a response after sending them a letter in the post, addressed to Greg Nicholson the owner! And I was yet again faced with an excuse that there were 2 seperate orders by their so called automated system and therefore was charge p&p. However this does not makes sense since the charge was a £160 round figure!?

I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL FELLOW GOLFERS TO BEWARE OF THEIR POSTAGE POLICY, AND ALSO THE FACT THEY CHARGE WHATEVER PRICE THAT SEEMS TO SUIT THEM WITHOUT BUYER'S PERMISSION AND NO BACK-UP INVOICE!

SummaryI have been looking for some new Irons for 2 months, I am a low handicap golfer. with a good knowledge of all the up to date shafts, grips, heads. So I am no fool , have been on a lot of golf retail sites on the web and checked out all the prices, the best by far I found was Greg Nicholson golf, I phoned their golf store and talked to their PGA Qualifed clubmaker, who listened to what I wanted, spent a lot of time with me talking me through all the heads, shaft`s and grip`s and how I hit the ball, the clubs he suggested were custom made and sent to me in seven days, this was followed up with a half hour lesson to make sure the clubs fitted me . very impressed with the time and effort they spent with me. will use again for all my golf purchase`s.

SummaryEarlier this month i decided to give my husband a delayed Xmas present.After spending many hours surfing the web for the best price i decided to purchase the King Cobra S9 irons he wanted,From Greg Nicholson Golf their website seemed fairly easy to use and clubs arrived quicker than i originally thought.Since then we have visited their golf store and spoke to their staff when purchasing King Cobra woods.Great advice given and keen to help.Well worth the trip !!!

SummaryLike the last reviewer, I joined pricerunner to review this retailer. On Jan 4th I ordered a pair of Footjoy AQLs priced at £54.99 inc. PP. I was assured by Greg they were in stock and would be delivered within 2 days. By Jan11th the shoes had still not arrived and I discover that £60 has been taken from my account without my permission. Greg says the shoes were out of stock and had to be ordered. His accounts department is closed, but he will phone me on Monday. No phone call, but the shoes finally arrive on Jan 14th with no receipt or bill of sale!

SummaryI have just joined pricerunner in order to write a review about this company so that no one else makes the same mistake as me.
I needed some golf shoes to go on holiday, I wanted the Addidas tour 360II in red. I searched online and most companies had sold out of my size. This company listed them on the website as having my size. Thinking this too god to be true I caled them and sure enough the man on the phone said they were in stock and would be sent out the day after my order, great I thought so went ahead and ordered them. The next day I get a call of Greg Nicholsen saying they did not have them in stock would I like a lesser known model at the same price. I obviously said no and told him to cancel my order I'll go elsewhere, he persuaded me to hang till the Monday when he may be able to get some. Anyway this went on for a while and to cut a long story very short many many phonecalls later they said they had sent them when they hadn't, it even got to the stage when I was recording the phonecalls as I was convinced I was going to lose my money. They lied at every stage. Shoes did arrive an hour before i left for the plane, needless to say they were the wrong colour, but I had no choice but to take them on holiday and so cannot return them now. They list items on the website which they do not have, even lying on the phone to say they have them just so you'll place your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I'd listened to the last reviewer.
