Camerabox limited - Information

I ordered an S2000HD Fuji camera In the early hours of Monday morning and my camera arrived On Tuesday so the next day delivery was excellent. Considering it has only been sales released the week before this is pritty darn good. I checked Fuji web site and it has still not been released in Austia.Love the camera love the service. They are now helping me with accesories for the camer that i have not been able to find else where. I was cautious as they were the lowest price for a UK site and that is always a worry but they came through for me. On my accessory enquiry they have replied each day by return. Thanks Gary.

The items were delivered on time, they were in the codition as described in the website. Though I have not started using the camera I am happy with the quality of service, the time of delivery .

This was was the 1st time of using Digital First (Camerabox) and I have been more than pleased with the service I received. My order was placed and duly delivered the next working day. Brilliant - it does what it says on the box!! I even cocked up my delivery address and sent an urgent email to rectify the situation and was contacted by phone to confirm that they had already amended my error. Great prices, and great service with no nasty surprises like having to pay extra duty when you order from companies not in the UK. I will have no hesitation in recommending this site to my friends. First time buyer from Camerabox - ordered a Panasonic FX35 package (8Gb memory, spare battery and leather case included) late lunch-time yesterday. Got a phonecall within an hour or so of placing the online order from Phil who was double-checking the delivery address (it was being sent to work, rather than home). The order arrived before 12:30pm the today, complete and in perfect condition (all the manuals are in English too). Top class service, 24 hour delivery and well over £100 saved compared to the next cheapest deal I could find on the net. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. Thanks.

I ordered a Canon lens complete with accessories at approx. 3.00pm Wednesday afternoon. I had a phone call from the wife at 3.00pm Thursday afternoon to tell me that it had been delivered. Now that is how customer service should be. It is reassuring to see that 'old-fashioned' customer satisfaction hasn't quite gone 'out of the window' yet. Would I buy from them again? - YES

Ordered the camera (Panasonic TZ4) late Friday, camera arrived noon on Tuesday. Several e-mails delivered about the status of order. Everything delivered as ordered. Not the absolute cheapest on the web (particularly for memory cards), but so easy. Thanks Camerabox for the excellent service. Would use this retailer again.

Ordered a Panasonic FX500 camera late Tuesday evening camera was delivered 11.30 Thursday. First class service and excellent price. Would recommend this web site.

My partner and I were very wary of buying from this retailer because of the number of negative reviews - but we both realised that people are far more likely to complain than to praise so we went ahead and ordered a Fuji S81000 on Tuesday evening at 8.00pm. Camerabox emailed my partner to confirm the order the same evening and another email on the next day (Wednesday) said camera had been despatched on next day delivery. I had the camera in my hands by lunchtime on Thursday all within less than 48 hours. Well Done to all the staff, I shall certainly shop again with them with confidence and recommend them as an excellent online retailers.
