spent a bit of time researching the products reading reviews etc. whether this makes the process easier i have nothing to compare with but it worked for me. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | two items were ordered, tv and a recorder, separate boxes. One of these boxes was badly damaged and I was not happy to accept it, I would imagine that the damage has been caused in transit, because I don't think Digitech wold of sent it out like that. |

The trouble is that I shall have to return it & wait for their comment and wait in yet again for a delivery. This is a blow as I shall need it before the end of the month. |

Digitech's Courier's attitude was apalling, completely uncooperative and extremely rude.The Courier's contoller initially stated that their driver could not find us.When Digitech's staff tried to faciitate delivery theCourier's contoller told them that had tried to deliver the goods at around!4.15 the previous day and that nobody was available to take delivery.Not
true, we were home, nobody called. We actually wasted nearly two days.
Digitech are good but they must get their Delivery Arrangements sorted. Peter. |
