Summary
Ordered a camera lens, they say they have the stock. The process was very easy, my money was taken very quickly. That is where customer service ended. I never received the item, emails and phone calls remain unanswered. The only people to talk to are Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. These dishonest people are hiding behind a glossy website. If you value your hard earned cash - AVOID THEM!
