Jack in the Box Electrical - Information

Very efficient, friendly and helpful

Seemed to go like clockwork, advised of choice of delivery dates and goods arrived on the day stated. Product was not so easy to set up, very confusing handbook.

Excellent customer service, contacted me to agree a delivery day and the product arrived on time, can not fault Jack, keep it up :-)

I normally do not reccomend any provider to other people but I will make an exception with this supplier. The product was for a present and the supplier was courteous, helpful, very competitive and very efficient.

Despite an initial problem with my credit card (which was down to me) the service I received was first rate. The two people that I dealt with did exactly what they said they would do - rang back and arranged a delivery date that was adhered to. They obviously regard customer service very highly and you can tell that they own the business. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and they will be the first port of call when I next need something similar.

Befiore deciding to buy I contacted Jack in the Box, very helpful and friendly advice. As a result I bought from them and found that the entire transaction was smooth and easy. Delivery within 48 hours and when expected (just missed next day delivery from them becuase I was out when they called to make delivery arrangement). Very satisfied!
