Overall rating Comments My first ever on-line purchase, went in at the deep end (£1000+!).Very nervous, but reassured by customer reviews.Ordered goods on Wed p.m.,was told delivery would be on Friday. At 1.30 p.m. Friday I took delivery, not even a mark on the boxes, BRILLIANT! Also saved a lot of cash compared to local stores. Highly recommended.

Phone call to JIBElectrical re availability dealt with very professionally (also subsequent calls re delivery times), order on internet painless, delivery by Citilink on 3rd working day after order within time-slot advised . After eight years viewing a Sony Triniton, I find my new Panasonic TX-26LXD70 absolutely phenomenal and living up to all the critics' and readers' plaudits. Although a bit more pricy than other makes, it's a real bargain from JIB and worth every penny.

Overall rating Comments While attempting to order my TV, I called their number to check on delivery options because I was moving into a new flat. I explained that my billing address for the credit card I wanted to use was not the same as the delivery address and was told to call back after placing the order to arrange delivery at the proper address. The very next morning, before I could call to make arrangements, my order was canceled. (They said they don't deliver to New York, which was my billing address for my card.) They did not allow for me to provide a different form of payment (my Maestro card had been changed to the correct address), simply canceled my order and when I called acted as if they couldn't care less about customer service. To make things worse, the TV that I had placed an order for was no longer available when I tried to replace the order - they had already sold the TV I had tried to buy. This was likely the worst customer service experience I have had in quite a long time. Not only will I never recommend Jack in the Box to friends and family, but I will make sure to recommend against them.

Overall rating Comments I'm always a little hesitant when purchasing items over the Internet,but ordering my television from Jackinthebox put my mind at rest almost at once as I was contacted by telephone very shortly after ordering my television to arrange delivery,...I was told that it would arrive two days later and sure enough it did....I would definately buy from them again as they gave me first class service,...and I'd also like to add that I'm very happy with my new television. Could not have had a more reliable service if bought locally. Very satisfied with with product picture quality and sound excellent. Could not find a lower price on the net. Possibly the best service and turnaround of purchase/receipt of product I have received online, from the high street or anywhere else! I phoned on the Tuesday morning asking how long delivery would take, the item was in stock and could be sent that day. I received this before noon the next day at the standard rate. when it comes to electrical goods at the cheapest price on the internet, I will not be looking elsewhere. Thanks to all those at Jack in the Box.

Overall rating Comments I encountered a problem in that I entered my work telephone number as my Day number when I was on leave for Easter. This was the number used to try to contact me about delivery. Despite there being a message on the answerphone stating that the office was closed, my home number wasn't used. However, the problem was resolved immediately when I rang to enquire about delivery. Apart from the above difficulty my purchase went very smoothly and I was very impressed by the assistance at the end of the telephone line and the price for my purchase of a TV.

I have had the product less than a week and so far my experience is consistent with the reviews I read on the website. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They contacted me within about 2 hours of my placing the order on line and agreed to deliver the next day. I like the policy of not debiting the credit card until the product is delivered.

Overall rating Comments My television was delivered on the day I requested and when I rang to ask what time it was likely to arrive, although I was given the incorrect telephone number to contact the delivery company, I was given the company's name so was able to contact them directly. The TV was delivered 10 mins after my call. I had tried to order the same product twice with Beyond Television but with no success so my experience with JIB was refreshing. Their ability to complete what I thought to be a fairly simple task was what I needed and what they delivered. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
